Can I use adwords even if I don't have Credit Card ?

Can I use adwords even if I don't have Credit Card ? I can only use paypal for any kind of online payment

So the answer to your question is "Yes", you can use AdWords without a credit card. Not with PayPal though.

 

You can't pay for adwords using paypal. However, I think that you can deposit the money into their account instead of using a credit card.

 

Adword allow bank transfer, but this facility is not available in all countries.

you can't use your publisher earnings to advertise on adwords. but in YPN you can use ur publisher earnings to advertise your website.

 

But YPN is not open for non US citizens, isn't it ?

 

Do they report your total gross payouts as taxes then or do they report your net dividends(adjusted for ads you buy) on your 1099?
