Any answer best on any experience very appreciate... I have an Adword voucher value $500, and would like to use it for my movie site, will google banned me or ... any idea?
One way to find out is to do an organic search on Google. If you see ads come up then most likely you will be fine. I did a search on "movie download" and I see ads. And I did another search on "bt download" and I don't see any ad. Then its possible that Google does not serve ads for "bt download". Then again, reading the TOS would be the first place to go
If you are worried about brand name uses, ie movie titles. You can bid on these words, but you can't use dynamic keyword insertion or the brand in your ads. I mean, you can...but i have a stack of cease and desist letters telling me i shouldn't.
You can use Adwords to promote your movie site. However, you should check Google Content Policy and Terms of Uses before creating your campaigns.
Guys, thanks a lot for your response, I just check the TOS and what I understand is that google did not allow any advertising or product that is Copyrighted, for sure movie is copyrighted right... so, its not allowed! OK, then what Happen If I still try this? what will google block ? my site or only the ads? Thanks anyway...
Ahh, I have a movie site as well! I submitted a campaign to adwords and it has been under review for days now. I don't have any content HOSTED on my server so hopefully they make an exception.

If your site is about giving people access to download movies you don't have the rights to, then no, of course you are not going to be allowed to use adwords. Google isn't going you to use them to promote an illegal act, now is it. Use some common sense.
I don't point people to download any movie from my site, but I point people where is to watch online movies... The contents is simple, its about movie, the cast, the released date the director and the official plot.. but the end of every post of my blog there is watch button that will redirect to the movie site. I think its also not allowed by google.
