Hello, i want create 'pay per click' site. I have quesiton - can i using adsense ? It is allowed ? Regards

 

Yes just build your site. Then apply for an Adsense account from Google and your good to go.

I have a doubt.... If you start a pay per click site... and you have adsense ad on it....then who will register in your site... they will better go to adsense (unless they are banned.. or have some sites which adsense tos wont permit)...

I think You can't pay any incentive to clicks adsense ads. You're confusing on what You mean with "pay per click" site

Only adsense can tell you the right answer. Just apply. Only two things can happen - you get approved or not.
