I have recently purchased a forum. This forums owner had hes AdSense account for false clicks on the forum.

Since purchasing the site from him i have changed host's and alot of the content. Am i able to use my own AdSense ads on the forum or will it get my AdSense account banned?

i think you can use it with your adsense account . it will be no problem if you remove his adsense code from your new site

if you don't give quality clicks to google, they have a reason to ban you, if you give them quality clicks, they will not ban you

You can add your ads after removing his ads.Having two ad codes will ban you.

OK so when google bans an account it doesn't also ban the website on which the violations took place?

I just cant afford to loose my AdSense account or my arbi stuff is gone as well so i need to be careful.

I have a friend that runs a large NFL related forum. They decided to put adsense on there and promptly got their account disabled. I think, not sure though, that they may have "encouraged" members to click. However, it was explained to me that members simply got "click happy". Yeah, ok.. whatever... The point is though, that's possible, that the members in their enthusiasm , without any prompting from the site staff simply decided on their own to "fund the site by clicking". So what you ask? Because if that is true and Google allows you to put Adsense on it, there is no guarantee it won't happen again. If I got control of this particular NFL site, I wouldn't put my Adsense on it, I'd use something else, just because... The moral.. try and understand the why of the ban. If it was for stupidity then you should be fine provided Google is ok with it, however, there is the "what if" part to it, if you don't know that history. Simply something to be mindful of.

Yes you will get banned again. Try emailing google and im sure it says it in their FAQ. After a site is banned from adsense and for example a new owner buys it he/she has to wait 4-6 months before putting ads up again on that site.
