Can I put adsense ads in my PR2 social bookmarking websites which are in Google's sandbox? Is there any problem with that? My adsense account was never blocked. Please reply.
The sandbox does not exist. Just because your site does poorly compared to other sites does not mean a penalty. That would be mostly a de-index. Bad SERPs have nothing to do with the TOS of adsense. Many people have adsense sites that are not even indexed. One huge site I have, only 75% of the pages are indexed, so you think I'm going to remove adsense? Hardly.
sandbox is virtual thing which is just denoted as terminology for blocking site privately only at google. So it is not physicly available in any authorized domain of google Inc. Try it you can use adsense in any site.
Sandbox is nothing to do with adsense it's just that if your site is in the sandbox your site will not appear on google search engine but still index by other search engines.
A friend of mine got banned from adsense for invalid activity, but his site continued to rank well. The two are unrelated.
The sandbox does exist. I had a site ranked #1 for over a month for a particular keyword when I thought I would give a new product a try that did some backlink building as well I didn't want them to do. It was blackhat stuff and my website is no longer on google under those keywords. You can find it for all sorts of other stuff but not even in the first 20 pages now for the keyword it was optimized for.
yes you can put adsense ads. if you are not violating google adsense TOS then you do not need to worry. Just do it.

You can definitely use Adsense, but I'm not sure it will make a difference in the sandbox. Let me just say this though, is that using Adsense on a sandboxed site won't hurt it.
