    Hey everyone i have a question.
    I am thinking to create a quotes website (image quotes)
    so yes i have to copy them but i will make the photo myself background photo.can anyone tell me if i would be able to use adsense.

    Not relevant. What matters is if YOUR site meets the guidelines or not. Given that quotes are copied content, it does not meet the guidelines.

    I ask again, how do you contact adsnese directly to ask if a site meets the criteria?

    (HINT: I know you can't and you were just making that claim up)

    that's what i was thinking you can't contact them can you? i think i am thinking to make a sub domain of blog.website and then write articles on that and apply for ad-sense approval.i can write good stories what do you think will that work

    Probably no, but why you simply don't try to apply for it (won't take much of your time) and see if they approve or not.

    There are many websites that don't have a lot of written content, maybe only some service, and their pages are full of Google ads.
