From what I understand, Bidvertiser isn't contextual like Adsense and advertisers choose the niches and sites they want to advertise over so I don't think it's a breach of Adsense policies. However, I personally don't use them on the same page just to be on the safe side or if I do use them on the same page, I use a bit of php code to alternate between the two.
From my understanding, its not passed adsense TOS because bidvertiser layout & design very close with adsense..
You can 100% use adsense and Bidvertiser on same page Buddy, giving you this input based on my experience of 5 years in this business
Please do not do that way buddy. Try not to put on TOP of each other for sure, this gives a direct impression in anyonce mind that you are running website just for $$$

Yes, you can use them on the same page but the layouts can't be alike each other, i.e the colours etc can not be the same.
To each, his own. I personally wouldn't recommend that but I guess most of us know Google won't ban you anyway, at least not until you're right at the $100 mark. If you can get away with it, more power to you.
