    Yes, of course. I have been running ClickBank before, their TOS does not prevent from buying good traffic. I'm running Adsense on a site which is 100% traffic from Adcenter. It's safe!

    The only thing so far I haven't been able to promote with bing is "gambling" clickbank products. They blocked those keywords from being used. They haven't rejected any of my other campaigns even with direct linking though I usually use a landing page for better conversions.

    I chatted with them and said it was totally fine as long as you were affiliated with what you are promoting and clearly if you are promoting clickbank product you are.

    You Can promote "ClickBank" Products on Bing/Yahoo using "BingAds", you can directly promote those products directly using a redirecting link on "Destination link" while creating the Campaign in "BingAds" and in "Display Url" you can give any Non-Existing url also.
