Can I use Adbrite+Canep+Bidvertiser on 1 site?

Can I use all three of those in conjunction all on one site or is that a violation of anything?

 

Besides bad design?, no! Just don't make each ad look the same [colors, layout].

 

1 canep ad on bottom for CPM
1 bidvertiser ad
inline ads with adbrite

 

put Inline Ads, adsense, bidvertiser, Adbrite Banners, Text link ads,
Pop-unders.

Your site should lose visitors in no time!

No... there is no violation. However, it is not a good idea.
It will affect the traffic to your site for the sure. Don't try too many things with your site or it will not serve the basic purpose.
