Can I use a VCC for Verifying my PayPal Account?

I tried with my corporation bank debit card, but Paypal not accepting my Corporation bank Debit card.

Now can I use any VCC for verifying my Paypal Account?

I would suggest you to dont use a VCC as you may get in trouble when ur a/c gets limited and you have no proof to show
