can i use a trademark in a domain that is just a redirect?

    can i use for example "sonytv.tv" just to redirect to a site that does not contain the brand name for example it redirects to: atvkingsshop.com ...i know its a long shot :) but im curious...

    whether or not you redirect the domain name is irrelevant, you still own the tm domain which can land you in trouble.
