Can I use a conflicting program on subdomain of Wordpress site

    Hi,

    Is it possible to use a perl program on the subdomain of the main site which is being powered by WP. If I can, are there any potential problems. Thanks for any advice on this topic

    Why could there be a problem? Have had main sites written in JSP with 2 subdomain based microsites one in PHP and the other .Net

    No problem at all. You can smoothly run WP [PHP site] and Perl program on same domain too.
