Hi guys, Would it be effective if I used a blogspot blog as a squeeze page for an affiliate product? Or is it necessary that you should have a website of your own to use it as a squeeze page? What are the advantages/disadvantages of using a free hosted blog as your squeeze page? Could someone explain? Thanks.
many affiliate don't allow free host like pepperjam !! amazon do !! but some time it may conflict with bloggers/ wordpress policy so better to host own !!
You can always use blogger blogspot as your Squeeze page but try to focus on providing informative contents rather than looking like some spam site. Google always adjusted their algorithms to detect this type of site, and if they do, you will get penalize and found your site without ranking at all.
Lycos is right... have lot of content with the opt-in. Google is not being very kind to just affiliate promoting blogs on Blogspot.
