I'm quite sure you can have a Business and a Personal account, I'm not sure if you can have 2 personal or 2 business accounts. While they probably log the IP's, I don't know if they actively run reports to find dual accounts.

I doubt they'd have any issues with it if it's under a different name, seeing as many people can live in the same household and not want to use somebody else's PayPal account. Probably your best way to find out would be to submit a support inquiry to them.

No problem at all. Infact you can operate 2 accounts in your name too (one personal account and another one is premier/business account) from same ip.

No, you can not have 2 account with same IP address . paypal will cease your account as soon as they find it . instead of you can add up to 7 E-mail address in your paypal to receive money. you would be able to send money from master paypal E-mail but you would be able to receive payment at all 8 email address .Dont create more than 1 Paypal .

Paypal allowed 2 accounts/person (1 personal account and 1 premier/business account). You need to check this with them.
