    Hi,
I'm new to this forum. I'm learning to make a blog. Just want to ask can I upload youtube video if I found a good one and want to upload to my blog without request permission form the video owner?

It depends if the video is copyrighted or not and also if you mean uploading onto your server or simply linking from your site

O.. what I mean is linking I think. By copy the HTML code. How to know whether it's copyrighted? Thanks.

The moment it's created, it's automatically copyrighted. Your best bet is to familiarize yourself with YouTube's terms. For example, if they require uploaders to grant others a license to use the videos, then you're okay. If they're not required to grant a license, you need their permission.

It's alright if you link directly from YouTube.
