    Since it is highly unlikely that you hold copyright on any TV programs, I can't see how you could hope to monetize with any respectable program.

    Create your own tv programs - ordinary people do and if they get it right it can work out well.

    By saying "TV Programs" I assume that you are referring to video content that has been run on local or national TV programs somewhere. That means that someone has created (and copyrighted) the video and either that person or a TV producer has gotten it to run on television. If you are asking if you can copy (i.e., steal) this content and run it on Youtube for your own gain, the answer is NO. Unless you somehow get permission from the owner of the copyright, of course.

    Sounds like this would break some copyright terms and laws, I wouldn't recommend it.

    I was talking to my daughter about @aselapop - she's right into all the famous youtubers and knows what is what - and she cracked up. There was no doubt in her mind that laws would be broken. If a teenaged kid knows then it can't be a tricky law to stay on the right side of.

    No u can't upload TV programs to YouTube and monetize unless wish to get penalized for copyrighting . But U can always create your own stuff ! If u make em interesting i am sure you will succeed .

    Youtube does not allow copyright contents to be monetized, and surely you are not the only one who wanted to do this but seriously, don't waste time on doing this. Instead create your own videos on anything like if you have little toddler record them when they do funny things and upload.
