Can I upload my software to a server to use remotely?

I am not sure if this is the right section, so if a Mod sees it and wishes to move it feel free but I saw no other suitable section.

For my business we use accounting software which is stored on my wifes notebook. However we are looking at employing somebody to do the accounting but would not like to have to travel down to the office every day to drop off the notebook, neither would I like to have to use "remote access" to the notebook. I was wondering if there was a way that I could upload the software to a server and then the software can be accessed by all any time of the day etc etc.

Anybody knw if there is a way I can do this using my current host etc or is it a specialist company I would need to contact?

Doesn't work like that. You'd need to either set up remote access to the laptop, or try to find a host that allows you to host that specific software.
For remote access, there are free solutions like VNC.

Looks good but unfortunately I live in Portugal so my system needs to have Portuguese software.
