    With what I see,

    Between,I don't think you can get get a 32 GB 3G at $320 , you might get a 32 gb 2G at $300 .:)

    Use Escro that the best way to safe your payment or if you are paying through paypal then use Services/ Goods option so that if you don't get your product at that time you can file a case on him but the first option is the best.

    No, don't do it.
    Although there ARE a few legitimate sellers using Western Union, they would use it as a "backup" payment option, in addition to PayPal, Wire Transfer, etc, and never propose it as a main payment method.
    I would say that 90 - 95% of those asking for payment by Western Union are scammers.

    The 'scamming' bit has nothing to do with WU; WU is just a fast, convenient way to send money to people you trust. WU isn't doing the scamming although this thread reads as if they are; the scammers using it (and moneybookers etc) are doing the scamming. With wire transfer you'll get just as scammed with most banks.
