Hi dpers. Google serves up adwords based on my geolocated ip. When I search for "credit unions" from my computer here in deutschland I get german ads, but I want to know what a potential client in the us sees. I know I could probably get usa ads by using a proxy server geolocated in north america, but is there some easier way, like www.usa.google.usa.com or, you know what I mean, some domain I can use? thanks. thomas.
they determine where you're located based on your server's IP. unless you're located in the US, google isn't going to believe you're located in the US regardless of what you do..
You could use the AdSense sandbox... http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/adsense-sandbox/ since it's based on a US IP address.
