Can I target my ads for specific websites?

Can I target my ads for specific websites, I have been looking thos this option and I dont find it.

Hey Buddy,

yes, u have the option to target specific websites on Google Adwords Content Network( known as placement targetted ads )

Steps for creating a Placement Targeted Ads:
1) Click on new CAMPAIGN
2)In the Campaign Setting tab , Click on " Networks, devices, and extensions"
3) Click on " Network option and click on content option " Relevant pages only on the placements I manage"
4) Enter rest of the details like daily budget , bidds and proceed.
5) Create your ad text and add the website u wish to target ( plz make sure the website u are targetting is available on google content network ).
