I have 1 question regarding Off page submission.
Que:- I am targeting one keyword, keyword is belong to inner page where all the content, meta data and other things are related with that keyword. Now, my que.; is it worth to do off page activity with that keyword in Anchor text and link of home page instead of inner page. But particular keyword is not available on home page content, meta data or any other things.

Its easier to get a relevant inner page to rank than a home page but it also depends on how the keyword fits in to your overall site content. It's easier to get the home page to rank for a specific keyword if you have more content on the keyword than just one inner page. How relatable is the keyword to your overall site? How competitive is the keyword? In the end you still probably want visitors to take action when they arrive at your site, so even if you can get the home page to rank for the keyword, if it doesn't help the visitor its probably a bad idea to put any off page effort in to ranking your home page for that keyword and probably will result in a low click through rate when the description of the home page doesn't seem to match the search they put in even if you could rank your home page for the keyword.
