I have UploadStand.com with hosting attached (Both with GoDAddy) If I wanna sell the domain UploadStand and keep the hosting can I buy the new domain and take the hosting from uploadstand and put it on new domain?
Did you try contacting GoDaddy? Seems to me that would be the best place to get your answer. Essentially, changing a hosting account from one domain to another involves just changing a few config files on the server. However, GoDaddy may want you to create a new account for the new domain
I have a hosting package with GD and from the looks of the control panel I think you can. It looks like they just sell you the space and you host whatever domain you want. I do suggest before you continue that you just ask them. I always get a response within 24 hours to any questions that I ask them. The answer may even be in the knowledgebase. I just tried to take a peek at your site. Since the page is still parked I am sure you can change it. Colbyt
