can i surf on my n73 mobile using my usual broadband connc.?

somebody told me this is possible. Problem is i have to unlock 100 songs there. But cant as i dont have net on my mobile. Somebody told me i can access internet from my usual broadband connection . but dont know how. Both my pc and mobile is connected via usb cable. I also want to put some IM related application in my mobile , thats why i thought this is the best section to post my question . Hope mods dont mind this.

I have NextG on my phone. It's very fast for surfing. Although, I don't use it for that. Too costly.
