I'm just wondering if I have a case .. I use a cellphone and when it gets poor reception and the call drops it makes a very loud high-pitched sudden beeping sound. I'm wondering if I should try to sue for hearing damage. I estimate this sound must be 80+ db and if repeated enough times could cause hearig imparment.
Hire an assassin and kill the CEO of Samsung. Jeez, just switch phones and/or complain and get some dough back. May I hazard a guess as to which country you live in? It woudn't be err... United States by any chance would it?
get a new phone my friend, its probably damaged or w/e because of wear and tear usage, so they will probably just say that you messed it up lol.
yea, you can. i just saw on the news that someone is suing motorola because there bluetooth headsets where making a high pitch sound
You have no case. You indicated that it would cause damage with "repeated" use. So, at this point you are aware of the potential problems and you are choosing to use the phone knowing the danger and problem. Why should anyone be responsible for your using a phone you admit knowing is harmful? Your continued use, after acknowledging the defect, is your problem. Do you maybe have a defective phone, yes. Do you have a case, no. What are your damages? I suspect, only the cost of a repacement phone. Get over it and move on.
so you are saying, i should sue the MTA because their subways are too loud and i want to take advantage of this lame excuse and try to get some $$$ the easy way? I understand if the phone is like that but please provide us of usage, any damage, how long did you have it, do you have sensative ears( ) Anything else that can get you the case? (Redz the lawyer lol)
Here is a better idea... Go to walmart or some other huge chain store and take a water bottle out of pack and through some water on the floor and then slip on it and then bang your head on the floor until you see blood. You might get about 80 90 million for that but watch out of hidden cameras. Reason to sue should be NO WET FLOOR sign
Hey guys, i also want to sue somebody ... yesterday i wake up and 7:00 a.m get out and bought and hot-dog... when i came back home, i saw a so ... ugly women , man , she screwed up all my day ! i couldn't eat my hot-dog! she ruined my day , can i sue her?! how many millions i will get?! how many chances do i have to win?1
do you even have a lawyer? Jackie Chiles is available from what I hear. BUT, and I cannot stress this enough - be sure to spill piping coffee on your "Johnson" the next time you get the high pitch - that way you can double down
yes you can move with it; even i have a case goning on inconsumer court regarding the mobie phone not working... best of luck
