you should have mentioned about your pepperoni while being there and not just going away. I think that's a bit too little thing to complain about so just let it be.

You could probably get a free pizza if you talk to them.

Honestly, what would be the reason for your case? I've never heard of anything like that in my life...I'm actually laughing over here. :D

I have to agree with the others in this thread. You'd be liable for your own actions. You can't sue the pizza place because you bit the pizza.

No evidence to support this claim therefore, theirs no case. The only thing you could do is take a picture of your face and say "this is the burn mark" but then again what makes ppl think you didn't burn yourself on purpose? So theirs no evidence.

This is one of the most pathetic 'can I sue?' claims I have ever heard.

People like you do not realise what you do to the system in the long run when you sue companies for minor infractions.

In America you can sue for anything. The problem is seeking damages. What long term impact has this incident had on your life? Are you permanently scarred, have nerve damage, etc.? If that can't be proven then you would probably be lucky to get an award for the cost of the pizza. You could achieve the same thing by contacting the manager at the pizza shop and most likely get a free pizza...

roflroflrofl, i doubt you can sue a pizza company after you burn yourself on their product. Funny idea though, if you go ahead with it be sure to let us know how it plays out!

Well if you can successfully proof that you are too stupid to eat cooked or baked food then you might have a chance. Maybe you can even manage to squeeze out some welfare cash when you're finally classified as mentally retarded.
Or become an american citizen, do it all over again and live happily as a millionaire.

That sounds pretty funny but at the same time is also childish. If you were the owner of this pizza shop, would you want someone else to sue for something silly like this?
