Can I submit web directories to social site bookmarking

    I have never thought about this before, but I can't think of a reason
    why you wouldn't be able to submit a web directory to a social bookmarking site.

    social bookmarking site is used for personal use as well as public use if you permission to access the publically through your account. if you do private no one can access it. You can submit if you wish.

    You can submit web directories to social bookmarking sites in SEO related category but do not use promotional language.

    You can submit it to any soical bookmarking site, niether webmaster of SB sites will have problem nor google have any effect. But if you are doing this for providing something good to visitors then ok but if you are doing this only for promoting your directory or for making a spam then i will suggest you don't do it. It will be a loss to you only.
