Can I submit the same article to BOTH Ezine and GoArticles

    It's an original article but wondered if this would be classed a duplicate content.

    Yes you can and yes it would be seen as duplicated content. Just be sure that your article on your own website where you link to has more text and is indexed first.

    E.g. if your article on your website has 600 words. Then you can rewrite that article only shorter to e.g. 300 words and submit it to several article submission websites. Then your article will be seen as the original and best one.

    Duplicated content itself is not the problem, so the other sites won't get penalized, they will only not be seen as the original with the result that your page should rank better and get the link juice of course.
