Can I stumbleupon every new post I made?

I'm always doing it whenever I have created a new post on my blog.

 

I would be extremely careful of stumbling from the same domain over and over again. I saw this on Sphinn from this article, but apparently, for every discovery a user makes from a domain the less it means, till one point the domain is blacklisted.

 

I do. But after reading these, I may not do it as frequently.

 

Where can I do the stumble exchange then?
Please advise.

 

I did that and then I got banned.

 

I've found stumble traffic to be one-time visitors. The problem I have with it is that people don't really know where they're going and generally leave pretty quick.
