Can i still use my paypal funds to pay bills

    yes you can go ahead and pay your bills, they have NOT implemented their new rule yet, but can implement it ANYTIME since March 1 is already passed.

    Don't worry about the new rules because, they are still not implemented

    i have heard rumors that PayPal is in talks with R.B.I and they will conclude a final decision soon ...

    Currently there is no barrier for Indians and you can pay through PayPal with ease
