    *Without a phone call. just by email or messenger.

    *Without taxes for international members -I'm outside US.

    I have some experience in marketing and promoting products,

    and i need your suggestion to start working very soon,

    which company can i try,

    and how to apply to be accepted?

    Nope, there aren't any reputable ones that you can work with given those criteria you laid out.
