Can I start a new thread?

    Hi, I just want to know that I was selling a product in BST at
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1361611

    I could not succeed, so I want to give away it free of cost.
    I have also made some significant changes in the product, that I want to describe in the thread.

    My question is:

    Can I start a new thread in freebie? Because everyone who read the thread in BST does not take it due to a paid service.

    I just want to confirm because I do not want to get infraction :p
