Can i Show ads .....

I Previously run adsense on my site and they disabled serving ads for it due to copyright content, so i'd applied for another account on the name of my mother and it got approved, also i've removed various sections which allow illegal downloads so my question is can i show ads on my site again

 

if adsense disabled your ads, then your acocunt should still be active and once you make your site adsense compliant, you should start getting ads. if not, then you can contact adsense support who will be able to do a review and turn ads back on

but if the banned your site or account and you signed up for a new account under your mother's name, then it would be too risky to server ads on the site that has been banned before. google will figure out the correlation and will ban the new acocunt as well

 

yes the account is still active and i've submitted the request form for reconsidering my domain again, hope it all works well

also i found a handly tool to chk if google has blacklisted the domain http://www.labnol.org/google-adsense-sandbox/

 

A domain banned is banned. you will get your account banned.

 

ya but i've made my site in compilance with the policies now, is their no chance for google to reconsider it ?

even if its 0.1 % .. its not Zero

Yes, you can but you need to ensure you make correction accordingly, else you will get banned again

 

just make sure not to click on your own ads.

Since you have made the site complaint with their policies and also you have identified that your site is not blacklisted you stand a fair chance to for reconsideration.
