Can I create a advertisement of my choice with any source?

For example. I have Website, I want to show ads picture ads my my choice only, so that it look like a part of my website for better click chances and better income.

Currently I'm using Google adsense for ads, but Google adsense shows ads of there choice only.

    Please help me.

Yes that's called affiliates programs, use clickbank, cj.com, shareasale and other such platforms, choose a program to promote, use one of their ad graphic or create your own, and link to the product with your affiliate link.

Yes, It's possible. Like JamesColin you have to join the affiliate network specified and choose the program of your choice. But, they only pay if the visitor clicking will buy the service for which you are promoting. They won't pay you for clicks like the google adsense does

But if you choose your affiliates programs carefully related to your site content, your eCPM (how much you earn for 1,000 ad displays) could be similar or superior to adsense.

Yes you can add any ads on your website! You are the owner so don't ever let anyone tell you what to do!

Google shows ads relevant to your site content. If your niche has no ads then they try to show ads from most relevant niches. That's how Pay per click programs work.

You can try Affiliate programs to get ad which you like but you won't get PPC for those.
