    What do you mean by setup paypal account for blog :confused: Do you want to sell something directly from your blog using paypal ?? If yes then you can add paypal button at your site. You need to make paypal button using your paypal account.

    You can definitely use paypal account for all purposes in India.. I am using it myself for the last few years.. Paypal is better than all alternatives available. You can also use alertpay or epassporte.
