Can I set add multiple Analytics to the same page?

I want to add two analytics profiles to the same page.

Is this okay or will it only report for one?

Also, do I have to add it to the bottom? Why the bottom and not the top of a page?

 

If you add it to the bottom it allows the rest of the page to load first rather than waiting for analytics to load.

I would strongly advise you not to try using 2.

Mainly because I can't see why you would want to capture exactly the same data twice.

 

Well because I want to have separate stats.

The main profile is for all my modules on my site:

1. Main Site
2. Forums
3 Profile Software

So I have the main stats on 1,2 and 3, but then I want to have a separate one just for the forums so I can see stats for only the forums.

Is is possible to filter in the stats so only show for /forums?

Does this make it clear?

 

Just type "forums" into the filter box to filter by forums.
