    I mean tracking email selection by Google Analytics. Th ething is that many ppl do not click on email but copy paste it.

    The solution would be to make the email be an active link and add the Google Analytics event tracking in the link so that to track it Google Analytics. Set all clicks on the email as a goal in Google Analytics and feed this goal as your conversion in Adwords. It should answer your question.
