Can I send money to my own paypal account through my phone's credit?

I have a paypal account and from what I understand I can only send money to my paypal account by linking credit card and bank account?See, I don't have a credit card, and my parents will kill me if they know I'm linking my bank account to internet.

I google and it seems you can send money to paypal account by using the money in your phone (phone's credit)??I have not found the answer I wanted by googling so wanted to ask here to make sure and to know the correct way to send the money if it's even possible?Remember, I want to use the money in my phone to transfer to my own paypal account, not other's.

The option appears in my Colombia Paypal account, but I have not really seen how to use it... I think it is best to communicate with Paypal suport because I do not think that this credit phone system is active worldwide
