Yes, you can sell if it is registered on your name even it is a trademark.

Some trademark holders won't allow anyone to sell a domain bearing their mark. The idea there is
one is "exploiting" the owner's mark to make money for themselves without benefiting the latter.

Depending on the domain's extension and what laws may apply, the risks range from merely losing
the domain name to that and having a monetary judgment against you. If the trademark holder is
in the U.S., they can file an Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA) lawsuit and both
get the domain from you and a "fine" up to $150,000 if you ever set foot in the U.S.

I don't think you could do that because of the law.

You are able to sell it.
Just be careful and its good practice to notify the potential buyer that the domain contains a trademark.
Usually they will not care at all.

Is it a global trademark? I could be wrong but i think the trademark has to stand in the country the domain name relates to.. So a trademark in China has no power over a .co.uk domain, for example - unless its a global trademark

If it's a commentary or review site, it's probably okay. Classic examples are the .....sucks.com sites. If you start trying to profit in any way on the back of the mark, you could find trouble around the corner.

Make sure that this trade would not explore yourself to the legal issues . Because once caught , you not only need to lose the domain name for nothing, you even need to paid compensation of using the trademark.
The owner of trademark can take away from you without return of anything.
Beware when you sold it .
