Can I sell text links on my blogspot blog?

Hi there guys this is the only section i could find on blogging so thought id post it here. What i wanted to know is can i sell text links on my blogger hosted blog? Thanks HydroJohn

 

You can. However if google catch you you may get banned, I guess.

yeah sure you can..if you have a decent blog you surely can find people in link sales section

 

So Google wont ban me for selling links??
I thought it might be against tos or something?

 

You need to be clever enough dont show the url in open...i am not sure if google bans as we can see hundreds of threads everyday here on DP

 

The word ban is misleading. These guys are referring to you being penalised by Google for breaking their webmaster guidelines (by selling links).

This would only happen if:
- You were very blatant with your link sales.
- Some scrote reported you for doing it.
- Google thought there was sufficient evidence you were indeed selling links.
- Google could be bothered to act.

They can't detect sold links automatically (hence that's why they invite people to report them via Webmaster Tools), so don't worry about that. Even if they suspect you of selling links they don't penalise everyone.

Selling a few links discreetly shouldn't cause you any problems.

 

you must have a decent and high pr blog for you to sell a link from it. you can sell link but do it wisely

 

most of the link brokers give you php code , can you install it in blogspot ?

 

yes you can sell text links there is nothing wrong with it.

 

Yes you can. But be aware of the risks.

 

You could but Google Panda and Google Penguin will be harsh on you.
