Can i sell my msdn here?

hi guys,

i had a web-site related to coding,so i got msdn admin account subscription from bizspark,

with the admin acc you can make 7 msdn sub accounts,

msdn stands for microsoft developer network,

it contains legal and legit serial keys for micro-soft products,
u can use that , i am not selling serial keys for that and i am not selling
accounts,as those are agianst the rules...

so i am planning to sell the invitations for the msdn accounts,

here is the proof ,that i had a admin account



some may thing,it is silly,
but just want to know,..

1 admin acc=7 sub accounts

so intrested people can pme or reply your toughts,i had 7 sub accounts too!

so just want to get some answers to my questions..

It seems it is not allowed here but may be you can put 'MSDN accounts for trade' in the signature of your posts.

 

That screen shot just shows a regular MSDN account, not an admin account.

And I got an infraction last weekend for trying to sell the keys

You got an infraction because the License agreement strictly PROHIBITS the resale of these key's. I would be very cautious about attempting to resell these license keys. Microsoft has sued individuals who were reselling their MDSN "NOT FOR RESALE" software on Ebay in the past.

 

Yup, in the EULA it states that you may not sell keys to third party UNLESS authorized my microsoft. the only way you can get microsoft is to get the highest account possible, which is $5000..lol

heres a question..are we allowed to sell accounts in the marketplace? I am an admin =)

 

I am a member of Bizpark as well.. and i believe bizpark program was invented to improve small bisnis people to grow their business...but it would be againts the agreement if you tried to sell microsoft product as a reseller unless you are fully microsoft business partner who has a legal license to.... so it would be illegal to do so

 

Please if there is a God, Please give these people the courage to read the TOS of this forum.

No account of ANY KIND can be sold. Don't ask don't post, don't even do it by PM if you want to sell an account do it on another site and dont do it here. Please you stand a good chance of getting banned this is just a warning to everyone.

I just wish people would stop skipping over the TOS and clicking I agree.


For example I did a test to see how many people would actually agree to my fake TOS it had something similar to -- I give up all rights to my house, my car, and here by give full ownership of all my properties. Of course it was fake but the people that actually agreed to it clearly didn't read the TOS, most people don't. Most people want instant gratification.
