Can i sell IM contacts? I have 17k

    I have around 17,000 Yahoo IM contacts, I got them through some service where people register with there IM contact, I dont have any privacy policy for that service.
    Can i still sell those IM contacts?

    Sorry, you can't. That's the law in most countries for privacy policy.

    But if i have a privacy policy saying that "we can share your info. with third parties" and users still register.. then in that case can i sell those IM contacts?
