    Or take away?

You do not understand the question.
Copy this -> http://еВау.com and paste the domain name into your browser and see.

No! Because of the trademark, you might even get in trouble for this.

Loool, nice one... eBay written in cyrillic... I think you'd get in trademark troubles, but I believe you technically can sell it, yes....

You can probably try to sell it but I think you'll find it hard to find buyers.

Why would you want to buy a domain that was, essentially, the name of a well established business unless you aimed to somehow exploit that business' userbase and reputation?

The moment anyone tries to use them eBay will slam them - and the buyers know that.

You could probably get away with it if you set up a social network for a local community for a geographic area that is, and always has been, called E Bay, Eastern Bay or something like that.

Good luck finding a buyer :)

    иБеј.com

That is eBay in Serbian Cyrillic, It's similar (but not the same) in Russian Cyrillic. I would think there is a chance they might catch is someone on there could report it who speaks Russian so I would not run the risk of getting it banned. Why not try to sell it elsewhere? There are tons of places to sell your domain name ebay is not the only one?

PS: I'm Serbian and understand about 50% Russian :)

The only people interested in this domain, would be people trying to pretend to be ebay to commit fraud. You should drop the domain as eBay are known to be very aggressive in protecting their trademark.

OP I think @venturefox is right sooner or later they will notice it, but I suspect right now they just don't know. I have heard people getting letters from lawyers for having the word ebay in the domain name but it was in English.

I would highly suggest against selling or registering any trademark domains

You didn't really elaborate so it was very difficult to understand what you was trying to say. But like others have said. No, you will not be able to sell this due to the copyright. If I was you, I'd like it expire before you get in trouble for it.

Yeah you can. But i think, it is useless. You can either sell it at Flippa or here in Digitalpoint, where there is more chance to sold it out.
