If you got resell rights from the original creator.

You can sell them in the buy, sell, trade section.
Cheap stuff section = everything that costs up to $5 max.
eBook section = all eBooks above $5.

Well, Wulkanen said it all but I would like to provide links for each section.

If your eBook is over $5 ($6 or more then that) then you can post here. If your eBook is $5 or less then that then you can post here. Other then that you can also you DP's exclusive Marketplace for selling eBook's - http://marketplace.digitalpoint.com/ebooks.php

Also, make sure you are allowed to sell/share the eBook or else it falls under Warez and it is not allowed here.

You can't sell them in the eBook marketplace unless you are the original author.

Correct... it's only for original authors.

A user selling their book has to certify as such. If they make false claims, their Digital Point account is permanently lost/banned (for example if the real author comes along and proves otherwise).

There is no way to know that unless someone who has read the e-book before recognizes it after purchase.

People have been caught before anyone bought (you can see things like file size and number of pages before buying).
