Can I sell Adult scripts with PayPal ?

    Hey,

    I am about to sell some adult scripts on my site, the scripts use rss feeds, so I am not selling adult videos or images, just a script that contains adult feeds.

    Am I allowed to use Paypal as a payment method ? to sell these scripts ?

    I guess it's like selling adult templates.

    Your best option would be to ask Paypal and you could provide your site address so that they know what you are planning to sell. I believe the 'adult' theme is in some very gray area so I am not sure what Paypal's interpretation is in regards to this.

    As Eddy said, your best option is to e-mail them and find out.

    mmmm interesting : certain sexually oriented materials or services - certain is the key word there. Well I dunno still, I guess I will just ask and show them my store. I have seen similar templates and adult scripts being sold with PayPal - but it's a big risk.

    The content is from RSS feeds, so I don't sell footage/videos or pictures/photos etc. It's just a script that gathers RSS content and a template.

    so you are selling a script which can pull the content from Adult site RSS feed. Is that correct ?

    if so do not tell them that you want to sell Adult script. tell them you want to sell a scripts which will pull data from adult sites RSS feed. both are different ;)

    Yes that's right, but the script is sold as turnkey, with already populated pages with categories.

    I will be selling a lot of other similar scripts with templates as turnkey - they are all news and safe for work.
