Can I Sell a Theme With Other People's Code on it?

    I am looking to create a skin for the Thesis theme, and it's going great. However, some of the code that I use is from tutorials. I am looking to sell this skin. Is is legal to do this or do I need to get permission?

    If you have a license when you bought it, I think you could.

    But double check with the Owner/Programmer first, because you don't need any legal action take against you!

    if the theme or the snipplet is under GPL license then I believe you can resell them.
