Is there a way in Analytics to see where people are going when they exit. So I can tell which ads are working.

I have implemented this for affiliate links. If you look at the source code of the website in my signature you can see how it works.

I don't think Analytics can tell you where your visitors are going once they exit. The only thing that I'm aware, Analytics can tell you which webpage made the most clicks.

Yes you can. If you use wordpress... use the google analytics plugin and then you can see what outbound links people click on, incl adsense. More here: http://yoast.com/wordpress/google-analytics/checking-your-outbound-click-stats/

I'm sure it should be easy enough to deploy it to non-wordpress site too.
