Can I say I've "partnered with eBay" on my site?

    I'm running a few sites with ebay RSS links - anyone know if it's ok to add something like:

    "this site has partnered with eBay to provide shopping bargains etc.. blabla"

    I've read as much of the affiliate TOS at ebay.com as I can handle, and have had a look around CJ - but I can't find anything that says I can or can not do this.

    You are ok to do this. There are no TOS against it. Most sites who promote affiliate programs highlight such an arrangement between themselves and the affiliate program they are promoting.

    I'm pretty sure I read somewhere on CJ that you're explicitly NOT allowed to do that.

    I got a 20 cent commision from Ebay today I cant figure out for what.. I hope it wont put me into a higher tax bracket..
