Yes you can. But for to have sig. link you should have more number of posts. If you want to earn money then you should have first good number of posts.

Well you have to wait for 14 days and 25 post limit for posting in B/S/T. Also you don't have too much posts so you can get buyer. You should make 500+ posts with good reputation to sell siggi.
Haha yes try to reach 10 post first before you can put sig and sell. But i bet no one will buy even your price is 0.05$ per month. If you can reach 1000 this month i will purchase now..
To drill the concept perfectly into his head If he continues his current rate of posting, he could start selling sigs in close to two months- he'll reach 500 by then. He could attempt to do it before, but he might not get buyers.
