And apart from these 2 terms please also tell me shall i then continue running 2-3 domains with affiliate programs & will take care of the child porno ,BDSM, & more which are illeagal..and also will not disclose to any one but please rember my hosting is with hostgator & domains are with domain site but they also are hidden , so i m safe right ? please just answer these query, i will really appreciate.

Yes,may be as said by you,authorities may be silent,but that should not be misunderstood as it is allowed as far as i am concerned.

 

web censorship is when state starts to block sites , like in china but in India it is not so , due to 'moral ' grounds couple of pron sites were blocked but the issue went up to parliament and the right wingists were active that that time so you can just forget it .

lol DMCA is a AMERICAN law just google it if your host or server is in stateside all American laws will apply , just look in this part of dp there must be atleast a 1k threads regarding dmca .

as for affiliates and all i can't say anything cause i have no knowledge of them i don't use them ,wait for person who knows to answer them

as for DMCA or anything to do with copyrights will free to ring me up

vengs accessing porn is totally legit in India if you are above 18 yrs ,god it is land of kamasutra and i never said hosting a website is allowed since it falls in publishing but there is no law on this in Indian IT act so yes Indian I.P.C will apply then .

since you are in India, why not run a site for the China market? I don't think they can issue you if your visitors not from India. Just block the access to all the indians.
