Can i revive my banned account or use other account on same blog/site?

    Hello,
    My adsense account was banned from itoole.com
    Any possibility to revive it?
    I had tried making other account and using adsense on site again. I was approved, but the account was banned within 15 days.
    And these sites are trustable? : adsenseg.com
    They say they give account which can work on banned sites too.
    Does these account really work?

    if your adserve disable by google adsense then no any google adsense acount will work on your domain
